Returns Policy

• ・Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-initiated reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
• ・We cannot accept returns for reasons such as product use, customer-initiated reasons (e.g., product not suiting your skin), or damage to the box during transit or scratches on the product. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Period

• ・Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival.
  We will review your inquiry and a representative will contact you shortly.
• ・Please return the product within one week of our response.
• ・If this period is exceeded, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Also, please note that we cannot process returns if products are sent back without prior contact.

Return Shipping Costs

• ・We will cover the shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect items.

If a product is returned due to long-term absence, refusal of receipt, unknown address, etc.

• ・Products that cannot be received due to long-term absence, refusal of receipt, unknown address, etc., and that exceed the collection deadline will be returned to us.
• ・Shipping fees (outbound shipping) will be borne by the customer (at our company's specified rate).
• ・Upon confirming the return, we will issue a refund for the amount minus the shipping fees. We cannot arrange re-delivery after a product has been returned.
• ・Please note that products returned due to an unknown address will be treated the same as those for long-term absence.
